• Prepare and cook complete authentic Indian tandoor recipes and curry using Indian herbs
• Work with specialized cooking equipment, such as the tandoor oven and deep fryer;
• Prepare and mix ingredients with specific species to create the right balance of taste;
• Create new recipes according to specific request of the clients;
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality of the food;
• Adapt menu dishes to accommodate customers with food orders;
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and well organized
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Job entails working with and requires 2 years of experience including: Cooking Indian Curries, Operating Tandoor, Baking Indian Bread, and Preparing Indian Desserts. This should be read to mean that the employer requires 2 years of experience in the job offered, Cook, Chef, or equivalent.
